Job Description
Pick products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or handheld scanners.
Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before packing.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Label packages accurately with shipping information.
Sort and arrange products according to dispatch schedules.
Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling of fragile and high-value items.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) where applicable.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
Operate pallet jacks, hand trolleys, and other material handling equipment (if authorized).
Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE as required.
Support stock counting, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
