About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about meeting clients, generating new business, and building long-term relationships. This is a field sales role that requires client visits and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Experience in the printing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

* Meet prospective clients and present the company’s printing solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, educational institutions, and businesses.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable printing solutions.

* Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain a database of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

* Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.

* Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field work.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting new clients.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, Google search).
