The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
