- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Procurement.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
