Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Network Engineers to support network infrastructure, surveillance systems, Smart City, Safe City, ICCC, and ITMS projects. The candidate will assist in installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices and related systems.
Must-have Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Smart City, Safe City, ICCC, and Surveillance Projects.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routers, Tejas L2/L3 Switches, and FortiGate Firewalls.
- Hands-on experience in switch/router installation, configuration, firmware upgrades, software updates (SCP/TFTP), backup, and restoration.
- Skilled in Routing & Switching technologies including OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP, VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP/RSTP, LACP, EtherChannel, ACLs, and Port Security.
- Experienced in LAN/WAN, Lease Line, Fiber Optic Networks, SFP management, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Windows and basic Linux administration, SSH/Telnet access, log analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills with experience in large-scale government and Smart City projects.
Good-to-have Skills
- LAN/WAN, Lease Line, Fiber Optic Networks, SFP management, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting.
2. Skilled in Routing & Switching technologies including OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, BGP, VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP/RSTP, LACP, EtherChannel, ACLs, and Port Security.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of NAT, DNS, VPN, SNMP, NTP/SNTP, IPv4, and network security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Genetec, Milestone, and Videonetics VMS, CCTV systems, PTZ/ANPR cameras, and ICCC integration.
- Experienced in Data Center Operations, Network Monitoring (NMS/VMS), ITMS, ATCS, and Edge Gateway deployment.

- Qualification - B.Tech,Diploma
- 8 Years in networking and Field Network

Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
