Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving activities, working closely with your team to address challenges and enhance application functionality, while also participating in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools related to compensation.
- Ability to design and implement compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to compensation practices.
