Job Description
Property Supervisor / Caretaker
Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of commercial properties and office premises.
• Coordinate with tenants, security guards, cleaners and maintenance staff.
• Operate water pump, borewell pump and other building utility equipment when required.
• Monitor electricity, water supply and general upkeep of the premises.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
• Visit properties and handle day-to-day operational work.
• Maintain basic records and assist in administrative tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness, security and smooth functioning of the properties.
Requirements:
• Must know how to ride a motorcycle.
• Valid Driving Licence preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Prior experience in property management, maintenance or supervision preferred.
