Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
ServiceNow Custom Application Development Lead

Must Have -
5–10 years of IT experience, with 3–5+ years in ServiceNow custom application development.
Strong hands-on experience in custom application design, development, and deployment.
Experience working on legacy / highly customized ServiceNow platforms.
Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer, workflows, forms, and custom modules.
Experience building custom workspaces/portal, tables, and automation workflows.
Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs.
Experience with data imports, transform maps, data quality, and security configurations.
Strong code review, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to lead developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure platform best practices.
Strong stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience.

Good to Have -
ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS, or CTA
Experience with App Engine Studio / Application Engine.
Experience with AI-enabled automation or intelligent workflows.
Experience modernizing legacy applications and reducing technical debt.
Understanding of platform health, performance tuning, and upgrade readiness.
Experience with governance controls for custom scripts, business rules, and integrations.
Ability to identify automation, reuse, and simplification opportunities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
