Area Sales Manager - UCV Finance - UCV Finance - Motor Finance - Sales - Hubli - Kalburgi Noolvi Mansion - (M4-M6)
- Responsible for managing and driving sales in the designated area focusing on motor finance products. - Oversee sales operations and achieve targets within Hubli and Kalburgi regions. - Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to expand business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to motor finance sales. - Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. - Manage customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high service standards. - Drive business growth through effective area management and sales planning.Job role
