This role is part of the Business Transformation (BT) team, focused on driving digital and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise functions (e.g., procurement, finance, and supply chain). The team works closely with global stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through process transformation, automation, and data-driven insights. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Business Transformation & Process Excellence • Business Process Design & Re-engineering • Data analysis and insight generation (Excel / Power BI or equivalent) • Structured problem-solving (RCA, 5-Why, etc.) • Stakeholder management and client communication • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and outcome orientation • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured solutions • Effective communication with senior stakeholders • Ownership and accountability in driving outcomes • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment • Experience in S2C / P2P / procurement or finance operations • Exposure to automation tools (RPA, Power Automate, workflow tools) • Dashboarding / reporting experience • Knowledge of transformation frameworks and methodologies/Gen AI/Agentic AI tools and technologies • Change management and adoption tracking
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and transformation • Design and implement process improvements and digital solutions • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define solutions • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and outcomes • Support governance and reporting mechanisms for transformation initiatives • Track benefits and ensure realization of transformation outcomes • Lead or support workstreams in transformation programs • Mentor junior team members or manage a small team/workstream (as applicable) • Drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, automation, and digital enablement • Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities and define future-state operating models • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned to client priorities • Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and performance insights • Support deployment of digital solutions (automation, workflows, reporting tools) and ensure adoption • Track and report value realization (efficiency, cost, quality improvements) • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (client and internal) to align on transformation goals • Contribute to large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives
