Consultant
Responsible for payroll review, employee-related accounting, intercompany invoicing, and compliance activities. Ensures accurate financial postings, timely reporting, and support for audits and statutory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, and GOSI
- Post payroll and related journal entries with correct GL and cost center allocation
- Manage employee benefits accounting (medical, insurance, recoveries)
- Raise and process intercompany and vendor invoices with proper documentation
- Prepare monthly accruals, provisions, and cost allocation entries
- Maintain and reconcile prepaid and GOSI schedules
- Support VAT and WHT requirements, including analysis and reconciliations
- Assist in internal/external audits by preparing reports and supporting documents
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll or finance operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and financial processes
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Familiarity with GOSI, VAT, and WHT (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
