Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and user role management within enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining security roles, profiles, and authorizations.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and implement appropriate solutions to safeguard applications.
- Familiarity with SAP system architecture and integration points to ensure secure application development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in complex environments.

Additional Information:
