Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• To analyse and evaluate calls and loans
• Providing effective feedback and coaching to production associates
• Ensuring that the product and process is frequently refreshed to employees
• Auditing carried out as a primary activity
• Analysis on trends observed for the process
• Updating of data captured through monitoring into the reports maintained for the process
• Be result oriented & high on initiative
• Need to conduct Team Huddle

Skills required:

• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent Product Knowledge
• Good in MS-Excel, Word         
• Good analytical skills    
• Able to get on with others and be a team-player
