About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing to manage, grow, and optimize our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, creative content, and performance marketing, with working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories).
  • Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies.
  • Manage and grow followers & engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare basic analytics reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to support brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Requirements
  • Good knowledge of major social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience or understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
