We have an excellent opportunity for a Bakery Operations and Inventory Associate. This is your chance to bring your love of operations, stock management, purchasing and desserts together in a great working environment in Koramangala.

Roles & Responsibilities of Bakery Operations & Inventory Associate

1. Operations: You will be responsible for assisting in the bakery operations and maintenance, including daily opening and closing checklists.
2. Inventory management: You need to keep track of all inward and outward of stock and stock take.
3. Purchasing: Responsible include purchasing raw materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
4. Purchase quantity and quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming inventory is inspected by checking and signing the quantities, testing samples, and working closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
5. Building management: You will be responsible for the up keep and maintenance of the complete bakery while managing and keeping checklists of the maintenance being done.

Secondary Role:

Dispatch: This includes dispatch and packing of boxes.

Requirements

• 1+ years in Operations, Stock Take, Inventory and Purchasing
• Advantage for hospitality and bakery experience
• Computer knowledge and good excel knowledge
• Works well under pressure and good at multitasking
