Picker / Packer

Job SummaryThe Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products safely, and ensuring timely order dispatch while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from store shelves or warehouse locations as per customer orders.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and expiry dates before packing.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during delivery.
• Label and organize packed orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks when required.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with delivery associates and store staff for timely order fulfillment.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate (12th Pass preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift products during the shift.
