Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive our AI initiatives and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading AI/ML delivery, with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI program delivery, from design to deployment, for enterprise clients.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of AI professionals, including engineers and architects.
• Drive AI solutioning, architecture, and estimation processes.
• Build scalable AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.
• Establish best practices for AI delivery, model management, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to define AI strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
• Innovate, develop capabilities, and provide pre-sales support for the AI practice.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and global engagements effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Ensure a collaborative and agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leading AI/ML or GenAI delivery programs at an enterprise level.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI solutioning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and enterprise AI deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to manage large teams, stakeholders, and global client projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• AI/Cloud certifications and PMP/SAFe certifications are preferred.
• A passion for AI and its potential to drive business transformation.
