Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the production environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and manage the delivery of production systems to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support system reliability.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery management.
- Experience with incident and problem management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring production environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
