Collection Manager - Recovery-CREDIT CARD-Recovery Area
- Responsible for managing the recovery and collection processes specifically for credit card portfolios. - Oversee and coordinate recovery efforts to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. - Manage a team or coordinate with recovery agents to optimize recovery performance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to credit card recovery. - Analyze recovery data and prepare reports to track recovery progress and identify improvement areas. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues impacting recovery. - Maintain strong communication with customers to negotiate repayment plans and settlements. - Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency rates and improve overall recovery efficiency. - Monitor recovery targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed them. - Handle escalations and complex recovery cases requiring managerial intervention.Job role
