Assistant Manager-System software validation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute software validation plans, test strategies, test cases, and validation reports for automotive embedded systems.
• Establish end-to-end traceability between system requirements, software requirements, and validation test cases.
• Validate Electric Vehicle (EV) ECUs, including:
  • Battery Management System (BMS)
  • Vehicle Control Unit (VCU)
  • Charging Systems
• Perform end-to-end validation of connected vehicle and telematics functionalities, including:
  • Remote Immobilization
  • Vehicle Tracking
  • Geofencing
  • Vehicle Health Monitoring
  • Notification Services
• Validate Android and iOS mobile applications integrated with vehicle telematics platforms.
• Perform functional, integration, usability, and performance testing of web portals and fleet management platforms.
• Validate instrument cluster software features and diagnostic tools.
• Execute LabCar and vehicle-level validation activities to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Analyze CAN communication logs and support issue investigation, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Support software integration, defect tracking, regression testing, and release validation activities.
• Prepare Design Verification Plans (DVP), DVPR documents, test reports, and release validation reports.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE software quality processes and standards.
• Collaborate with Software Development, System Engineering, Mobile Application, Cloud, and Integration teams to achieve validation objectives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve validation efficiency and test coverage.
