Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by preparing quotations, conducting site surveys, coordinating with clients and vendors, and managing tender/auction-related activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IT Security products and solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate accurate quotations for IT Security products and solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT Security solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide pre-sales support.
• Obtain competitive vendor pricing and prepare technical and commercial submissions for tenders and customer requirements.
• Handle online auction and bidding processes, including documentation and submission activities.
• Visit customer sites to collect technical details and prepare AutoCAD drawings/layouts related to IT Security installations (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, etc.).
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, BOQs, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely project submissions.
• Maintain records of quotations, technical documents, and project-related information.
• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise during customer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in quotation preparation, vendor coordination, and tender documentation.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site surveys.
