Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Andhra Pradesh
Cities:
- Kadiri / Madanapalle
- Vijayawada
- Ravulapalem
- Kadapa
- Anantapur
- Kurnool
- Guntakal
- Other Metro and Non-Metro Cities across Andhra Pradesh
Candidates should be willing to work in any of the above locations or be open to relocation.
- Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:Age should be below 28 years.
- Graduate in any discipline (No active backlogs).
- Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience or MBA Fresher is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG or the Paint Industry will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with relevant field sales experience are also eligible to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Key Responsibilities:Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand business.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
