CTC: 21,000 22,000 per month

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9 Hours)

Cab Facility: One-side cab support during odd hours

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off per Week

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (on paper mandatory)

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

• Versant Score 4: CTC 21,000
• Versant Score 5: CTC 22,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist customers with concerns related to:

• Wrong items received
• Delayed deliveries
• Damaged products
• Refunds and replacements
• Order status and general inquiries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow company processes and quality standards while addressing customer concerns.
