Change Management - Consultant US
* Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development or Human Resource Consulting; experience within a major consulting firm preferred* Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required
* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and structure information
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently or as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in delivering client services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
* Willing and able to travel to client and KPMG locations as needed (<25%)
* Proven experience in developing training materials and programs. Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging, interactive training content that aligns with change management initiatives.
* Skilled in utilizing e-learning software and tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms) to create digital training solutions.
* Ability to design comprehensive training curricula that support organizational change efforts, ensuring content is relevant and tailored to different learning styles and levels within the organization.
* Competence in assessing the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation methods and feedback tools to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Preferable Skill - experience working with - Articulate 360, Camtasia, Storyline, Adobe captivate and Vyond
* Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, focusing on the people side of change for large-scale transformations inclusive of org changes, process and technology
* Identify and analyze change impact, assess organizational readiness and support a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximizes employee engagement
* Create actionable deliverables that support understanding across the organization and stakeholders; managing resistance to change and help ensure user readiness
* Design and deliver solutions that supports organizational change; incorporating the use of behavioral change methods and frameworks and can concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other forms while adjusting style and level of details depending on audience
* Partner with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendations to a C-level audience
* Design and create training materials that support change management initiatives, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with project objectives. This may include e-learning modules, instructional guides, and interactive workshops.
* Work closely with SMEs to gather information and insights needed to develop training content that accurately reflects the business needs and supports the adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Align training content with the overall change management strategy to ensure a consistent approach and message across the organization. This includes integrating behavioral change techniques and ensuring that training supports employee engagement and readiness.
