Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Good to have skills : Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to coordinate activities, manage interdependencies, and maintain alignment across all deployment efforts. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process are key daily tasks, ensuring that training sessions, pilot programs, and other critical components are effectively managed to achieve successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.
- Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis, Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable deployment plans.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
