Legal Officer
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including vendor contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and service level agreements.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure company operations comply with local and international laws, track regulatory changes, and support corporate secretarial duties.
- Legal Advisory: Provide actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders and departments regarding employment, corporate, and operational matters.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks, implement preventive measures, and assist in managing dispute resolutions or litigation.
- External Liaison: Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
