Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market channels.
- Generate leads through referrals, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage customer relationships and provide end-to-end loan processing support.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan sanction and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP sales.
- Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.
Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
