Job Description
We are hiring experience Technician and ITI Pass helpers to assist our AC technicians on site. This is a great opportunity if you want to learn AC installation, repair, and maintenance while working hands-on with experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities of an Experienced AC Technician
1. Installation & Commissioning
Install split, window, cassette, VRF, and central AC systems as per layout and safety standardsCheck refrigerant charge, electrical connections, drainage, and airflow before handoverTest system performance and explain basic operation to the client
2. Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose issues like no cooling, gas leakage, compressor failure, PCB faults, and water leakageRepair or replace compressors, motors, capacitors, sensors, PCBs, and valvesHandle gas charging, leak detection, and brazing/welding safely
3. Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine servicing: cleaning filters, evaporator/condenser coils, blower fans, drain linesCheck refrigerant pressure, electrical load, and insulationIdentify potential failures early to avoid breakdowns
Key Responsibilitiesof a Helper :
Assist technicians in AC installation, servicing, gas filling, and repair work
Carry tools, equipment, and spare parts to the job site
Help in cleaning, dismantling, and assembling AC units
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site
Observe and learn technical details from the technician during work
Support in basic troubleshooting under guidance
