- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation processes.
- Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with various enterprise systems.
- Skilled in optimizing automation scripts for performance and maintainability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
