Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. Deep clean fixtures, mirrors, and appliances.
• Laundry & Room Upkeep: Make beds, change linens, and wash, dry, and fold laundry.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and restock essential items like toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues (e.g., leaking faucets, broken light bulbs) to management or homeowners.
• Customer Service: Address requests or concerns from guests, residents, or clients in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, bend, kneel, and frequently lift heavy items (usually up to 25–50 lbs).
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting missed spots and maintaining rigorous hygiene standards.
• Time Management: Ability to efficiently complete a high volume of tasks (like cleaning 12–20 hotel rooms) in a timely manner.
• Organization: Keeping housekeeping carts, supply closets, and assigned living areas highly organized.
