Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Google Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software as a service solutions.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance stability and scalability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in application configuration and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
