Senior Systems Analyst, Info Tech (Hybrid)

Full time, Mumbai, India

 

In this role, you will manage product development in coordination with technology vendors and internal stakeholders. You must maintain effective customer (Internal) relationships; as well as effective communication and coordination with various other technology groups (at both Divisional and Corporate levels). This role is expected to be able to implement large IT projects.

 

As a Senior Systems Analyst, Info Tech, you will

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, simplicity and revenue
• Meet with internal customers to document business and process requirements
• Design, code, test, implement, and support production systems
• Be responsible for identifying the most effective application of current Client/Server technologies to projects
• Be accountable for adherence to standards, policies, and development guidelines
• Run small to medium projects. This will include defining scope, business requirements, technical design, development, implementation, and support

 

About you

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experienced with Microsoft business software applications and other communication tool
• You have organization and planning skills
• Off-hours availability for support, problem determination, and problem resolution of production systems is required
