Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for manufacturing precision components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling, turning, drilling, and machining center machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as required.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Record production data and report machine malfunctions or defects.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and production teams.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and G-code is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
