Job Title :- Head – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships


About the Role

Lead business development for the company — building strategic partnerships to fuel company growth, and driving customer/client acquisition for our product. Own the sales & marketing strategy end-to-end and work directly with leadership on expansion plans.


Key Responsibilities.


A. Strategic Partnerships & Growth Capital

  • Identify and build relationships with strategic business partners to support company growth and expansion
  • Manage partner communication and relationship-building through to deal closure

B. Product Sales / Client Acquisition

  • Go to market to acquire new clients/customers for the product
  • Build repeatable, scalable sales processes and pitch frameworks

C. Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, train, and manage a sales/BD team as the business scales
  • Define the company's sales & marketing direction — channels, targeting, campaigns
  • Build 3–12 month growth roadmaps
  • Maintain MIS/dashboards (advanced Excel) for partner and client pipeline tracking
  • Align outreach with existing marketing efforts
  • Required Background 8–15 years core sales experience, ideally from mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, PMS/AIF, or high-growth startup business development
  • Track record of closing high-ticket financial/business commitments
  • Existing network of HNIs/business contacts is a strong plus
  • Comfortable in a startup/growth-stage environment
