SAP BTP GenAI Manager - US Inv

The Technology Enablement Enterprise Solution (TE-ES) at KGS MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of their Powered Enterprise journey. Powered Enterprise is an outcome-driven business transformation solution delivered through a global delivery network capability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud applications using SAP AI core, CAPM and AI consumption services (e.g. Document grinding, AI Models, Joule Skill etc).

• Integrating and Configuring key services of the SAP BTP platform

• Collaborate with business teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and provide guidance on complex issues.

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Implement best practices for application development and ensure code quality.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP technology and integrate new functionalities as needed.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

• Drive and implement GenAI capabilities in BTP Build experience

• Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Requirements:

• Strong experience in developing applications using SAP CAPM, AI core, SAP AI Launchpad.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python and other relevant programming languages.

• Experience in the development, deployment and operations of applications on SAP BTP, specifically Cloud Foundry environment

• Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its services.

• Strong experience with SAP HANA / PostgreSQL (SQL querying, Schema design, Indexing) and data modelling with CDS

• Good knowledge of S/4 HANA Cloud with experience in S/4 HANA Public / Private cloud Implementation.

• Good to have experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development, OData services and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.

• Good communication, influencing and negotiation skills with client facing and stakeholder management experience

Must-Have Certifications

• SAP Certified Associate - SAP Generative AI Developer (Desired)

• SAP Cloud Application Backend developer (Desired)

• SAP BTP Solution Architect (Desired)

Experience & Background 

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / MBA
• Work Experience - Manager: 7+ years
