Job Description

Mahesh Fabrinox Private Limited is a well-established industrial enterprise specializing in the processing, slitting, and trading of high-quality stainless steel products. Based out of the Mundka industrial hub, we cater to a wide network of B2B clients, managing large-scale material allocations and sourcing. We are currently scaling our operations and looking for a driven sales professional to help expand our market footprint.


We are seeking a target-oriented Inside Sales & CRM Executive to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be high-volume cold calling to convert B2B prospects into active clients, alongside managing our internal CRM system to ensure seamless data tracking.

  • Location: Mundka, New Delhi (On-site / Factory-based)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary Structure: Competitive Fixed Salary + High-Performance Incentives (Uncapped)
  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Cold Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls daily to target industries, manufacturers, and prospective buyers to pitch our stainless steel product portfolio.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, understand their raw material requirements, and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Log every call, update lead statuses, maintain accurate client profiles, and track pipeline metrics within the CRM system (Odoo).
  • Follow-ups & Retention: Maintain regular contact with cold/warm leads to convert them into active accounts and manage basic client accounts post-sale.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly call-to-conversion sheets for management review.
