The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple teams and departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and innovative approaches to business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and business process modeling.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business environments and recommend effective transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business and technical concepts clearly.
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
