Job Role
- Obtaining and updating list of contact details of the clients.
- Local calling to customers and pitching them about the latest product offerings.
- Calling active clients to encourage them to take up new facilities and products.
- Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
- Communicating requests and acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- To be updated about the latest product offerings and offers.
Job Requirement
- Qualification- Graduate
- Good Communication skills
- Courteous and polite with customer service orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
