Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding and coordinating a team of engineers focused on creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires overseeing the timely delivery of engineering projects while maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency. The position demands collaboration across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design, as well as qualification, configuration, and technical management. Additionally, the role includes organizing and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful completion of engineering and construction initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and methodologies across multiple disciplines.
- Experience in managing and delivering complex engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software tools and platforms used in engineering design and project management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
