Job Title: Business Development Coordinator / Proposal & Research Analyst

Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: US Night Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator / Proposal & Research Analyst to support our business development team. This role is focused on proposal preparation, market research, client documentation, and administrative coordination to help drive new client acquisition and business growth within the US staffing industry.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare customized client proposals, capability statements, presentations, and pitch decks.

* Conduct prospect research including company background, hiring trends, staffing needs, competitor analysis, and industry insights.

* Support the sales team with pre-call research and post-call follow-up activities.

* Coordinate client communications including emails, case studies, references, and marketing collateral.

* Maintain and organize business development documents including NDAs, MSAs, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.

* Track sales pipeline activities and maintain CRM records.

* Assist with free-trial client onboarding and documentation processes.

* Generate reports and maintain accurate records of business development activities.

* Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong research and analytical abilities.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

* Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, or B2B sales support will be an advantage.

*Preferred Experience*

* 1-3 years of experience in business development support, proposal writing, recruitment coordination, or sales operations.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and client documentation processes.
