Position Overview:

Boeing India Finance team is currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst - Global Engineering.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as finance support for key business leaders for the Boeing Engineering & Technology Centers Globally

• Partner with finance, business and IT colleagues across the enterprise and worldwide in the oversight and support of engineering work placed with Boeing Global Engineering centers including India for execution

• Drive Long Range Business Planning and Monthly Business Review

• Perform Variance Analysis and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations

• Design and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx

• Automate data ingestion and transformation processes

• Integrate data from finance systems, improve data quality and reduce manual effort

• Build dashboards using Tableau/Power BI. Develop KPI reporting and finance dashboards

• Automation & Process Optimization, improve reporting cycle time, improve reporting efficiency

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

• 10+ years of FP&A and Analytics experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Certified Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is preferred

• Strong experience in Alteryx and Tableau. Knowledge of Python and SQL (good to have)

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar. Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks

• Strong analytical skills, Attention to details.

• Business acumen, communication and storytelling ability

• Enable data-driven decision-making, enhanced financial visibility

• Experience with MNC’s preferred.

 

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years' related work experience.
