Job description & Summary:

The Senior Associate will be involved in end-to-end software development lifecycle from ideation till implementation to own the product and the responsible for all the below mentioned points.

Responsibilities:

Resource for functional team of tax-technology practice

  • Candidates should have experience in AI for Tax use cases, AI-enabled tax transformation, or implementation/support of AI projects. They should be able to contribute to AI and GenAI-related tax use cases. 

  • Having experience in the taxation domain with a business analyst profile is an add-on.  

  • Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional requirement document 

  • Discuss functional requirements with development team 

  • Prepare test checklist & test cases for functional testing 

  • Undertake functional testing and submit test reports 

  • Prepare user manuals 

  • Conduct application demos 

  • Undertake user trainings 

  • Support users in timely issues resolution 

  • Regularly monitor the changes (regulatory or otherwise) and analyze its impact on application
