Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a critical Procurement Data Analytics Initiative In this role you will integrate data analytics into procurement processes to drive datainformed decisionmaking optimize efficiency and identify costsaving opportunities You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement dashboards reports and tools that enhance procurement strategies and capabilities The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter who can lead meetings with minimal supervision and tackle problems endtoend
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration Analytics Consolidate procurement data from multiple systems ERP procurement platforms to create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau Provide actionable insights on spend patterns supplier performance and procurement processes to inform strategic decisions
Procurement Capability Enhancement Utilize advanced data analytics to optimize procurement decisionmaking identify opportunities for cost reduction and support the execution of datadriven strategies across the procurement function
Reporting Insights Delivery Design and produce realtime insightful dashboards and reports tailored for senior leadership Ensure these deliverables provide clear visibility into procurement performance supplier metrics and areas for operational improvement and cost savings
Process Optimization Automation Analyze procurement workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement automated datadriven solutions that streamline reporting and enhance operational productivity
Stakeholder Collaboration Communication Partner with procurement leadership to define and track key performance indicators KPIs Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders facilitating datadriven decisions at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Management Data Analytics or a related field
Experience 5 years in businessdata analysis or procurement analytics with experience in business intelligence tools and procurement processes
Skills
oBusiness Intelligence Tools Proficient in Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools to build dashboards and visual reports
oData Analytics Reporting Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is essential Familiarity with the KNIME Analytics Platform andor Python is a valuable addition Advanced Excel skills including the ability to work with pivot tables VLOOKUP functions and data modeling are required
oProcurement Software Familiarity with procurement systems eg SAP Ariba Coupa Oracle and the ability to integrate and analyze data across platforms
oStrong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for identifying data trends and opportunities for cost optimization
oProcess Improvement Ability to identify data inefficiencies and propose automation and optimization strategies
