- Drive microfinance lending business (Group Loans / JLG / Individual Loans)
- Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
- Expand customer base in assigned territories (rural/semi-urban areas)
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Oversee daily branch activities and documentation
- Maintain proper records of loans, collections, and reports
- Ensure smooth coordination between field and back-office teams
