Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Management Executive to interact with customers registered on our online portal, understand their business requirements, provide a demo of our software and promote key portal features to help them make the most of our platform. You need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp. Our clients are businesses located across India.


Working model: Work from office. Day shift job.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Other languages is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be comfortable engaging at least 70 customers a day.
  • 1-5 years of work experience.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work 9AM - 6PM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call, email and whatsapp registered customers to understand their business needs.
  • Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
  • Explain the product subscription details
  • Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
  • Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
