Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the overall stability of systems. Your role includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is a key aspect of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with application deployment and release management processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services within packaged applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
