Caring Squad is expanding its team across Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar and is looking for compassionate, trustworthy, and dedicated professionals to provide premium companion care services.

Position : Care Companion

• Available RolesElder Care Companion
• Child Care Companion
• Patient Care Companion
• Baby Care Companion (Nanny/Babysitter)
• Home Care Attendant
• Hospital Companion
• Travel Companion (Within City / Outstation)*

*Travel Companion assignments will be offered after successful training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support with meals and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients for walks, hospital visits, appointments, or local travel.
• Assist children, senior citizens, or patients with daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Coordinate with the Caring Squad team and the client's family.

Eligibility : Female candidates preferred. Male candidates may also apply.

Age: 22–55 years

• Experience in caregiving, elder care, child care, patient care, nursing assistance, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with a caring attitude are welcome.
• Basic communication skills in Gujarati or Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Smartphone is mandatory.
• Willing to travel within Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar.

Salary & Benefits : ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on role, experience, skills, and shift.)

*Travel Companion की जिम्मेदारी प्रशिक्षण एवं मूल्यांकन के बाद दी जाएगी।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ :

• नहाने, तैयार होने एवं व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता में सहायता करना।
• भोजन एवं पानी देने में सहायता करना।
• क्लाइंट के साथ समय बिताना एवं भावनात्मक सहयोग देना।
• टहलने, अस्पताल, डॉक्टर या स्थानीय यात्रा में साथ जाना।
• बच्चों, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों एवं मरीजों की दैनिक गतिविधियों में सहायता करना।
• समय पर दवा लेने की याद दिलाना (Medical Treatment नहीं)।
• क्लाइंट की सुरक्षा, आराम एवं सम्मान का ध्यान रखना।
• परिवार एवं Caring Squad टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना।
• पात्रता (Eligibility)महिला उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता। पुरुष उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

आयु: 22 से 55 वर्ष

• Elder Care, Patient Care, Child Care, Nursing Assistant, Caregiving, Hospitality या Customer Service का अनुभव होने पर वरीयता।
• सेवा भाव रखने वाले फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• हिंदी या गुजराती बोलना एवं पढ़ना आवश्यक। अंग्रेज़ी का ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
• स्मार्टफोन होना आवश्यक।
• अहमदाबाद एवं गांधीनगर में कार्य करने की इच्छा हो।

वेतन एवं लाभ:

₹18,000 से ₹35,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव, भूमिका एवं शिफ्ट के अनुसार)
