Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Strategy Lead to partner with client leadership and drive enterprise-wide AI, data, and analytics transformation initiatives. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on defining vision, shaping roadmaps, influencing business decisions, and unlocking value through data and AI.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Define enterprise AI, Data, Analytics, and GenAI strategies aligned with business priorities and transformation goals.
2. Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, facilitate strategic discussions, and build trusted advisor relationships.
3.Develop AI and Data roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and value realization plans for large-scale transformation programs.
4. Identify, prioritize, and position high-value AI and data use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
5. Drive conversations around emerging technologies including AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Governance, and Modern Data Architectures.
6. Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
7. Provide executive-level communication, steering committee updates, and recommendations that influence client decision-making and long-term investments.


Professional & Technical Skills:
1. 15–20+ years of overall experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
2. Strong expertise in AI & Data Strategy, Operating Model Design, and Governance.
3. Proven experience working with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.
5. Understanding of AI/GenAI, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric), and Governance tools such as Collibra or Purview.
6. Ability to connect business priorities with technology-led transformation initiatives.
Preferred
7. Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare domain.
8. Exposure to enterprise-scale AI and Data transformation programs.
9. Strong business case development and value realization experience.

Additional Information:
