Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational goals. This role requires thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business processes. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine concepts and contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring that solutions are both practical and scalable within the business context.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document application design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development team by providing clear design guidance and clarifications.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during the design phase.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies related to Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical design documents.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend effective application solutions.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data flow within cloud-based application environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in application design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of development experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
