Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure components remain functional and accessible. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of infrastructure service management, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and mitigating risks associated with service delivery. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and ensure uninterrupted service availability is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to the overall stability and reliability of IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align service management processes with business objectives.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure transparency and effective issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze service performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT services.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for infrastructure monitoring and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
